1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW

Promotion Period: Begins on May 4, 2026 and ends on May 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Number of Winners: Three (3) 

Each winner will receive one (1) prize package consisting of:

  • One (1) G2 Edge Metallic Collection, 5 Pack, Assorted Colors

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $152

2. ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry:

  • are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence;
  • are currently employed K–12 teachers in the United States;
  • have a public Instagram or Facebook account at the time of entry; and agree to comply with these Official Rules.

 

This promotion is void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories.

3. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant must complete all of the following steps on either Instagram or Facebook, as instructed in the promotional post:

  1. Follow @pilotpenusa official instagram account
  2. Tag one (1) teacher in the comments  
  3. Repost the post to stories 

Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period to be eligible.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of platform or number of accounts used.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Use of multiple accounts or identities to enter more than the permitted number of times may result in disqualification.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

On May 9, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing and select three (3) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook within approximately forty-eight (48) hours after selection. To remain eligible, a potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification.

If a potential winner:

  • does not respond within the required time period;
  • is found to be ineligible;
  • cannot be contacted;
  • fails to provide requested information or documentation; or
  • otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules,

that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting.

Sponsor may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency, and proof of current teacher status, including but not limited to a school ID, retirement documentation, or other verification acceptable to Sponsor.

5. PRIZES

Each winner will receive one (1) prize package described in Section 1.

No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash redemption of any prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize.

Prizes will be shipped to the mailing address provided by each confirmed winner approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks after winner verification is complete.

Any gift card awarded as part of a prize will be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer.

6. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

This promotion is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Walmart, except that a Walmart gift card is included as part of the prize.

By participating, each entrant releases Instagram and Facebook from any and all liability arising out of or related to this promotion.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Walmart.

7. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering this promotion and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy policy.

By entering, participants agree to Sponsor’s collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and city/state of residence for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

9. AFFIDAVIT AND VERIFICATION

Sponsor may require each potential winner to sign and return, within the time period designated by Sponsor, an Affidavit of Eligibility, proof of teacher status, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release.

Failure to return any required document within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS AND CONTENT STANDARDS

Any comment, tag, caption, or other material submitted in connection with this promotion must:

  • comply with these Official Rules;
  • comply with the applicable platform’s terms of use;
  • not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate;
  • not infringe or violate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity right; and
  • not contain material that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, is unsuitable for publication or participation in this promotion.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, duplicated, fraudulent, late, or otherwise noncompliant may be disqualified.

If Sponsor determines that an entrant has submitted content that violates these Official Rules or applicable law, Sponsor may disqualify the entrant and remove or disregard the entry to the extent permitted by platform functionality.

11. DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT

If required by the promotional post or applicable advertising guidelines, entrants must include any required disclosure language or hashtag in a clear and conspicuous manner.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that fail to comply with required promotional disclosures stated in the promotional post.

12. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in this promotion and/or accepting a prize, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Walmart, Instagram, Facebook, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and sweepstakes administrators, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

  • participation in the promotion;
  • the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize; or
  • any technical, human, printing, typographical, mechanical, or other error in connection with the promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries;
  • failed, incomplete, or delayed electronic communications;
  • technical failures of any kind;
  • unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotion; or
  • any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

13. SPONSOR’S RIGHTS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be:

  • tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the promotion;
  • acting in violation of these Official Rules;
  • acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or
  • submitting content that is inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with Sponsor’s brand standards.

Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

In the event the promotion is canceled, suspended, or terminated, Sponsor reserves the right, to the extent feasible, to select winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the event giving rise to such action.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14. ENTRY LICENSE

By submitting an entry, each entrant represents and warrants that the entry complies with these Official Rules.

To the extent an entrant submits any original content in connection with the promotion, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and repost such content solely in connection with the administration, promotion, and advertising of this promotion and related Sponsor promotional activities, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
